焙煎機

■焙煎機の紹介

ドイツ、プロバット社の焙煎機を使用しております。

この焙煎機は半熱風式を採用しており直火と熱風それぞれの長所をうまく

融合させています。またメンテナンスも行いやすいので安定した焙煎が

可能なのです。弊社の焙煎機は最新のコンピュータ制御ではありませんので

温度、時間はもちろんのこと、豆の声（ハゼ）を聴き、色(煎りの進行具合)を

見ながら焙煎を行っております。

また、環境に配慮し、煙はアフターバーナーで処理しています。
