モカマタリ PURE9

おはようございます。
先日モカマタリピュア9をテスト焙煎してみました。流石最高級品種です。麻袋の中にまだ二重で封入されてます。しかし死豆は殆どありませんが割れ豆が多いです。丁寧にそれらを取り除いてから焙煎をしました。
今回は少し深煎りに仕上げましたので深いコクと芳醇な香りをお楽しみいただけます。単品でここまでバランスの取れた味を出せるとは流石ピュア9です。
次回はモカ特有の酸味を楽しめるローストに仕上げたいと思います。
