焙煎機緊急メンテナンス

先週はお陰様で沢山のご注文をいただきまして焙煎機がお疲れのようでした。というより明らかにオーバーメンテナンスですよ。社長はとにかく可動部分にはグリスアップ！という考えで毎週グリスアップ。そのうち古いグリスが硬化して、クラッチ部分にまで侵食しておりました。数年前からはグリスの特性や必要性、必要箇所などを説明して古いグリス、オイルは綺麗に洗い流して塗布し直していましたが見逃していたところがまだあったようです。これでまた機嫌よく動いてくれるでしょう。
