フレンチプレス

おはようございます。今季最強寒波に覆われている日本列島ですが

大阪でも雪が舞い散り始めました。

さて、本日は久しぶりにフレンチプレスで抽出してみました。

いつもはシングルオリジンの試飲で使うのですが今回はブレンドでのテストです。

ヨーロピアンブレンド

深煎り

フレンチプレスはサイフォンやペーパーでは出せない深みが出ます。これは珈琲の油分も抽出

されることで感じることのできる旨味です。深煎りだと尚更その傾向が強くなりますね。
